Tim Koester


Since joining AFB in 2018, Tim has been working on Voice of the Customer, strategic planning support, pricing policy, portfolio management and sustainability with AFB’s North American, European and Latin American regions.  Tim started his career in the pet food industry in brand management with a St. Louis based pet food company. Prior to pet food, Tim worked in medical device marketing and was an officer in the US Army.  Tim holds a bachelor of science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis.  Tim is passionate about dogs and cats because of benefits they have on people.  When not working at AFB, Tim spends his time helping coach/manage his kid’s sports teams.
