Visit our booth and attend our presentations to hear more from industry leaders like Kristopher Figge, Senior Technical Sales and Service Manager with AFB.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM AFB AT PETFOOD FORUM 2018
PETFOOD INNOVATION WORKSHOP
On Tuesday, April 24, join AFB for a fun and engaging look at the world of pet food flavor validation, which encompasses the interaction between pets and their pet parents. Learn the answers to questions such as: How do you know your pet food product launch will be successful? Will the pet parent find the meal as enjoyable as their four-legged companion? What questions are you answering with your validation methodology? Are you benchmarking the appropriate target? Together we’ll analyze insights from the AFB team to help realize greater feeding enjoyment, as well as repeat pet food sales.
SESSION SPEAKER: THE SCIENCE OF PALATABILITY
At this year’s Petfood Forum, Kristopher Figge, Senior Technical Sales and Service Manager with AFB, will be talking about kibble size and palatability of canine diets. Join him for “Kibble Size (Diameter) and Its Effect on Canine Palatability” from 1 to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, in Nutrition Room 2502. Feel free to stop by AFB’s booth, No. 401, to ask Kris questions or email him at email@example.com. Stay tuned for Kris’ upcoming blog post on kibble size, which will include a link to a free download of his Petfood Forum presentation.
POSTER SESSION: PET FOOD PERFORMANCE
Many factors play a part in pet food performance, and the AFB scientific team will be presenting posters focusing on two of these. The first will address fat quality and its impact on palatability, while the second will explore observed dog feeding style differences. Join our scientists Tuesday in the exhibit hall from 4:30-5:15 p.m. as they talk about their study results and answer questions.
