In 2011, he presented “Kibble Shape and its Effect on Feline Palatability” at the Pet Food Forum in Schaumburg, IL. In 2012, he presented a sequel, “Meal Particle Size and its Effect on Feline Palatability, Processing Parameters and Texture” at the Pet Food Forum. In 2012 and 2013, he presented a hybrid presentation of the previous two studies at the Pet Food Forum in China and Mexico Forum on Pet Food, respectively. In 2016 and 2017, he presented, “Application of Liquids and Powders After Extrusion: Risks and Benefits in Nutrition, Processing and Cost”, at the Brazil Animal Nutrition Congress and Argentina Animal Nutrition Congress, respectively. In 2018, he presented, “Kibble Size and its Effect on Canine Palatability” at the Pet Food Forum in Kansas City and Shanghai, China. While at AFB, his focus has been on working with customers to improve the palatability of their cat and dog diets.
